Objective aptitude measurement by education level
The learning ability (aptitude) test measures four thinking domains: verbal reasoning, perceptual speed, numerical reasoning (number series), and spatial insight. The result includes an overall score and separate scores per domain, each interpreted within norm groups according to education level.
The test is available in two versions:
- A2/Bachelor – for profiles with an A2 diploma where a bachelor level is expected.
- Bachelor/Master – for highly-educated candidates with a bachelor’s degree where a master level is expected.
