What do leadership tests measure?

Our leadership test measures the following aspects of leadership:

1. Preferred style: which style(s) a leader uses most often. 
2. Supporting styles: styles that are easily adopted when needed. 
3. Development styles: less natural styles with growth potential. 
4. Style flexibility: how quickly and smoothly a leader switches between styles. 
5. Style effectiveness: how well the leadership style matches what the team needs.
